GARDEN: Here two gardens one is inside the building and another one is outside the building.
VEGITABLE & FRUITS GARDEN: In Mavtardham premises different kinds of vegetables and fruits are being grown here and been used in making food for Grand father & Grand mother.
In Mavtardham for Grand father and Grand mother living he has made all the arrangement of two people in every room. The facilities like Cupboard, Chair, Table, and Bed with mattress etc. are all provided them by mavtardham.
In every rooms there are speaker so that a person can hears Bhajan kirtan music every morning and evening in their room. They do not have to do their routine work like washing clothes and utensils. Only they have to live a joy full life without  any tension and to pray god..
HALL: On 31st Dec, 2007. Senior Citizen Institution was invited at Kanjiswami Hall
Senior Citizen of kalol city, and grand Mother father will enter Auspiciousally and open for general public,
This Hall is donated by Mr. Naimeshbhai Shah, Mumbai. Rs. 11 Lacs Has inspired is the best e.g. of humanity and his gurudevs name "shree Kanji Swami", was engraved on marble at the enterance of the hall and obliged to Mandal.
On the center of the hall truler Poetret of Kanji Swami is put on suchaway that, if you look in any direction, its lookes towrds you,
In this Hall capecity occationaly around 250 Persons can be acomodated at a time.

This hall can be used for religious work in kalol city or surrounding villages.
